057, a fiery, floral piece. Not only do flowers radiate a natural beauty, but also your guests will easily recognize. Add the warmth of flowers to your space.

Is it safe to say that white walls are bare and boring? You don’t have to paint your walls to add some color to your space. If you’re living in a rented space and can’t change the wall color, this post is for you.

I understand and don’t be afraid, white walls can be beautiful and anything, but bland. After reading this article, you’ll be able to take your apartment’s blank walls from drab to fab so that you won’t lose your security deposit.

As a matter of fact, display your collections to spruce up a white room. White walls are the perfect base for hanging colorful works. As a result, a colorful painting will stand out and become the focal point of your space.

057 is the fifth painting in the Ikohaus Flower Series works. Specifically, a collaborative work by Avant-Garde artist Romero from the U.S. and Australian photographer Maggie Beresford. The two collaborated through email and Google Hangouts.

Once Maggie sent Romero the photograph via email, he then dove into the photo using his art software and Wacom stylus pen. Romero focused on using warm colors in this collaborative work with Maggie to create a fiery piece.

Why “057” works

For example, the use of high-arousal colors (red, yellow, and orange) suggest warmth and seem to move toward the viewer. Therefore, the warm red tones in the background give the illusion that there is more of the yellow flowers for the eye to behold. What 057 offers, among many things, are the warm feelings associated with summer and warmer weather.

In fact, 057 is mounted on a wooden stretcher, making it suitable for your contemporary and modern decorating needs. Hence the wooden panels will appear to slightly float off your wall and aesthetically fit above a bed, couch, fireplace, in the kitchen or just on an empty wall. This frameless painting is ready to hang so there is no stapling or stretching required.

White walls are a great backdrop for this work. When 057 is hung on a white wall, you’ll get that clean look of a museum in your home. If you’re still feeling stuck on how you would showcase 057 in your home, consider hanging this piece against a wall with similar colors.

Being that this is a fiery piece, it will stand out against deep black or gray walls. On the other hand, you can also experiment with furniture and accessories in the room to help this artwork stand out. If you create a balance between the colors in the artwork and the furniture in the room, then the artwork will have more of a presence.

Additionally, bring life to your business, home or office with 057 from Ikohaus. This fiery, 16 x 1.2 x 20-inch oil on real canvas stretched over wood comes ready to hang. You’ll receive the work signed, thumb printed for authenticity. And packaged directly from the Romero for delivery to your home or office.
