I have started drinking more alkaline water, but I didn’t know that they made drinks like this! I’m no athlete but I do want to start working out more in the new year so this might be super helpful.

Hmm this is so interesting. I drink only ph balanced water and I definitely feel more hydrated in general. I wonder though…how much sugar does this drink have?
